1: Open the “Settings” menu by either clicking on Start button in the bottom left-hand corner and then the click on the icon, or searching for “Settings” using the search option and clicking on the relevant result.
2: Now, open the “Apps” menu.
3: You can use the search icon to search for “McAfee” to find everything related to McAfee on your computer.
4: Select the McAfee product or application you want to uninstall. Click on the “Uninstall” button. When asked, confirm your choice by selecting the “Uninstall” again.
5: Windows will ask you for permission to continue — as uninstalling that particular application is an administrative function. So, confirm and you’ll be taken through the McAfee uninstaller. Each one is a somewhat different, but just follow with removal instructions. It will automatically uninstall the McAfee product from your computer.
